We would like to introduce a case where we switched from high-speed steel drills to our "TA-EZ Drill" for large diameter hole drilling in SUS304, achieving four times the efficiency and double the lifespan. The customer's challenges included short tool life due to the current use of high-speed steel drills, low efficiency in both rotational and feed speeds, and high costs associated with large diameter tools. After switching to our product, we achieved both carbide drilling and the use of slow-wear inserts for large diameter hole drilling. The feed speed increased to about four times, significantly improving machine operating rates and productivity.
